They are thorough, detailed and professional. Great workmanship and repairs were completed in a timely manner. The strata was kept updated through out the project from start to finish. We would use their services again. Mika was always available to answer questions and deal with any concerns.

We had the pleasure of working with Mika and his team recently and were thoroughly impressed. Our project was perhaps not the largest in scope, but he treated us as if we were just as important as a multi-million dollar complex. Mika was always on time and well prepared for any meetings we had, he was prompt in returning emails or texts and was friendly, efficient, and the worksite was tidy. The final appearance of the repair was fantastic and the blend to the existing building was fantastic. I was the Strata project lead for a large window and door replacement project at our 40 unit townhouse complex in Langley. Over the 9 month course of the project, I worked very closely with Mika, almost on a daily basis, reviewing the work to be completed and the challenges that we encountered. He was very professional, polite, and willing to work with us. He expected the same courteous approach from his crew.
